A Passion for Research, Strategy, and Impact
I’m a behavioral scientist, consultant, and educator with a deep commitment to using data to drive meaningful, mission-aligned decisions. With a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology and more than 20 years of experience, I help organizations evaluate what matters and turn insight into action.

Whether I’m designing a mixed-method evaluation, building a performance dashboard, or mentoring early-career researchers, my goal is the same: to make complex data usable, actionable, and transformative. I bring methodological rigor, strategic thinking, and a people-centered mindset to every engagement.
Professional Experience
Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with nonprofits, higher education institutions, public agencies, and purpose-driven companies to solve meaningful problems with evidence. My expertise includes:

Program Evaluation
Designing and conducting mixed-method evaluations to assess program effectiveness, support learning, and inform strategic decisions.

Grant Strategy & Impact Measurement
Helping organizations strengthen funding proposals by linking logic models, outcomes, and performance metrics to compelling stories of impact.

Training & Capacity Building
Equipping teams with the tools, language, and confidence they need to become self-sustaining in data use, evaluation design, and continuous improvement.
My Educational Background
I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, an M.A. in Experimental Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. My academic training focused on research methods, psychometrics, and applied data analysis—giving me a strong foundation in designing studies that solve real-world problems.

Throughout my career, I’ve taught at multiple institutions, developing and delivering courses on organizational assessment, survey design, and statistical reasoning. I’m passionate about helping students and professionals apply evidence-based thinking to improve outcomes, systems, and strategy.
