Organizational Climate Scan for Culture Strategy

Summary: 

Led an organizational climate scan using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Synthesized findings into a data-informed roadmap that shaped culture initiatives, onboarding design, and internal communications strategy.​

Predictive Modeling for Retention Risk

Public sector agency in the southwest

Workforce analytics, predictive insights

Summary: 

Built predictive models to identify high-risk turnover segments using administrative and engagement data. Model results informed retention interventions and reduced attrition in key job categories.

Employee Engagement Survey Redesign

Client: 

Health sciences university

Summary: 

Overhauled an annual engagement survey using evidence-based constructs related to psychological safety and inclusion. Results were used to design targeted leadership development programs and DEI strategy.

Survey-Based Performance Feedback System

Developed a survey-based feedback tool to support performance reviews and team development. Trained supervisors on interpreting results and integrating findings into one-on-one coaching.

Job Analysis & Competency Mapping

Facilitated job analysis and created role-specific competency models for frontline and mid-level positions. Deliverables supported hiring, training, and promotion decisions and were integrated into performance evaluation systems.

Leadership Assessment Validation

Psychometrics, performance strategy

 

Summary: 

Conducted exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (EFA/CFA) on a custom leadership assessment. Improved internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha > 0.90) and mapped results to role-specific competencies. Final instrument was adopted across 10+ partner sites.
